Payment and Cancellation Policy

You’ll notice our registration form doesn’t include any payment information up front. We want to work with you to make sure this is a perfect fit. We’ll set up a time to talk through your interests, physical abilities, food preferences, lodging preferences, and any concerns you may have. Once you’ve decided you’re ready to grow your wings, we’ll send you the payment information and invoicing. We accept check and major credit cards. For retreats, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to hold your space. You can make optional interest-free payments in any increment you like to fit your budget and pay cycles. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat. For all other events, full payment is due at registration, and is non-refundable.

What happens when things happen?

If we cancel. Due to the unique programming, we will protect group dynamics by reserving the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all monies paid to BEU will be refunded. We will do our best to notify you at least 30 days in advance, and cannot be responsible for any personal expenses related to cancellation, including airfare. If this is a concern for you, please consider travel insurance. If you don’t want to see your event cancelled, help us reach the minimum by telling your friends, sharing in your social media network, and get a referral bonus! We offer a $50 discount for you AND your friend. There are no limits here, bring them all!

If you cancel. We understand life happens and support you in making the best decision for you. For retreats, a full refund (less deposit) will be provided with at least a 30-day notice. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate you to transfer your funds to another event of equal or greater value, if available, and registered within the 30-day cancellation window. For all other events, the full payment is non-refundable.
